An Adorable Kitten Triggers an Epidemic of Irresponsible Hugs in the Belleville District!

In an extraordinary turn of events, a cute little cat has wreaked havoc in Belleville. The victims: excessively endeared individuals, now struck with an irresistible urge to give hugs.

In Belleville, a district known for its convivial and festive character, the inhabitants have succumbed to a strange epidemic unlike any other. It’s not a virus or bacterial infection striking this time, but the adorable appearance of a little kitten named Whiskers.

Whiskers, a three-month-old kitten with blue eyes and a tabby coat, has proven to be the trigger for a highly contagious impulse of free hugs. “The cutest cat in the world has triggered a hug epidemic,” explains the cat’s owner, Momina Leroy. “It’s as if people are losing control of their arms. They simply can’t resist taking Whiskers into their arms for a hugging session.”

District residents have struggled to accomplish their daily tasks. “I was in the middle of work, and suddenly, I felt an overwhelming need to take this kitten into my arms,” confides Jacques Martin, a local restaurateur. “I think I left my pot-au-feu on the fire for at least half an hour without thinking. Thank God, nothing burned.”

The situation has escalated to such an extent that Belleville has been nicknamed the “Hug District”. While Whiskers’ popularity continues to grow, residents are calling for some restraint: “We should all remember that a kitten, no matter how adorable, needs sleep. Let’s give him some rest!” declared Momina Leroy with a smile.
