When Giraffes Get Their Driving Licenses!

“Parallel dimension or simple administrative cacophony? Giraffes inadvertently end up with driving licenses in a small town in Wales.”

In the charming village of Llandudno in Wales, the administration has launched a new computerized system for issuing driving licenses. However, following a series of Kafkaesque inconsistencies, giraffes from the local zoo have been recorded as holders of driving licenses.

“Obviously, we are all in an uproar,” comments Mrs. Pritchard, director of the zoo. “Although our giraffes are extremely intelligent, I don’t think they’re ready to drive motor vehicles. And besides, who enrolled them in the driving test?”

The administration service refused to reveal the name of the license owner, following data protection protocol. However, they confirmed that four giraffes named Bella, Sophie, Ettie, and Lily had been listed in their database. The licenses were revoked as soon as the inconsistency was identified, but the mystery remains as to how they were issued in the first place.

Additionally, the computer system seems to have also registered several local cats and dogs as holders of voter cards, although none of them can legally vote. The inconsistency was discovered when the director of the local veterinary clinic, Dr. Evans, mistakenly received electoral documents for his cat, Fluffy.

“I must admit, it’s very funny,” said Dr. Evans. “Just imagine Fluffy going to vote for the first time! Alas, it also shows how confused our local environmental computer system can be.”

The question therefore remains as to how these animals could have ended up registered in the system in the first place. According to a false quote from an anonymous administration official, “This could be the work of a clumsy intern with a particularly strange sense of humor.”
