At first, it was a normal Parisian day, which quickly turned to chaos after the appearance of a Tyrannosaurus Rex right in the city center!
Unimaginable but true – at least according to witnesses and the numerous photos igniting social media. A Tyrannosaurus Rex, the famous predator of prehistory, caused panic in the streets of Paris late in the morning! Apparently coming from the prehistoric amusement park “Jura-Park,” located a few kilometers from the capital, the animal took advantage of a door accidentally left open to escape and embark on an adventure.
“I was walking peacefully down Rue de Rivoli when I heard a huge roar,” recounts Pierre, a passerby still in shock. “I looked up and saw what looked like a giant dinosaur running in my direction. I thought I was going crazy!” The sidewalks quickly emptied as frightened Parisians fled at the sight of the prehistoric reptile.
The T-Rex, probably searching for food, stopped in front of a bakery window, causing panic among the bakers inside. “It put its massive head against the glass and started growling,” recalls Jean-Paul, the bakery owner. “We all ran to the back of the shop and called the police. I thought it was going to smash the window and take all the chocolate croissants!”
The police, firefighters, and a team of trainers from Jura-Park quickly arrived on the scene to try to manage the situation. The T-Rex was eventually captured after an epic chase and was sent back to the park without any further major incidents. “It was incredibly scary, but also a little exciting,” admits Anne, a German tourist. “It’s definitely a story I’ll tell my grandchildren – the day I saw a real T-Rex in Paris!”
