A man confesses to being Bigfoot: he’s been living for a century without aging thanks to cornflakes!

At first, this story may seem unbelievable, but the man in question passionately asserts that he is indeed Bigfoot and that his longevity is due to a diet based on cornflakes.

Bob, who is 103 years old, revealed to the world last week that he is the famous Bigfoot, the legendary creature of the North American forest. According to him, his unusual appearance and size are the result of a strict diet based solely on cornflakes, his secret to living more than a hundred years without aging or needing medical care.

“I have been eating cornflakes morning, noon, and night since I was a teenager,” claims Bob, sitting comfortably in his cabin in the heart of Oregon. “I eat them dry, without milk, without sugar. Just cornflakes. And look at me. I’m 103 years old and I’ve never been sick. I am the real Bigfoot and I am healthy thanks to my diet.”

Alone in his cabin in the middle of the forest, Bob lives in self-sufficiency, growing his own plot of corn, which he then turns into homemade cornflakes. According to him, it is crucial to produce your own cornflakes to retain all their beneficial properties. “Store-bought cornflakes are stuffed with sugar and additives. Mine are natural and that’s why they keep me healthy and make me live longer.”

Dr. Emma Walsh, a renowned nutritionist, is skeptical about Bob’s claims. “It’s impossible to live solely on cornflakes, let alone that it slows down aging or gives a Bigfoot-like appearance. Nevertheless, Bob’s story is fascinating and deserves a thorough study,” she says with a touch of humor.

Bob’s story is indeed interesting and entertaining. But for now, scientists are skeptical and insist that a balanced and varied diet remains the key to a long and healthy life.
